• 1st Stop

  Colosseum

  After meeting your guide, the tour starts at the iconic Colosseum, where you'll venture into the heart of the arena to discover the history of Rome's grandest amphitheater.

  After your Colosseum visit, step outside to admire the Arch of Constantine and explore the Roman Forum, the heart of political, religious, and social life in ancient Rome. As you stroll through this historic site, you'll see the 1st-century Arch of Titus, the House of the Vestal Virgins, the Temple of Saturn, the Senate House, and the majestic Arch of Septimius Severus made of white marble.

  Complesso del Vittoriano

  Next, follow the Sacred Way to reach Capitoline Hill, where you'll be greeted by the grandeur of the Vittoriano, one of Italy's most stunning modern monuments.

  Fontana di Trevi

  Next, head to the Trevi Fountain, a famous landmark featured in films like Fellini's La Dolce Vita. According to tradition, toss a coin into the fountain to make a wish, hoping that one day you'll return to the eternal city.

  Column of Marcus Aurelius

  Next, take a break for lunch (at your own expense), with a selection of restaurants offering everything from casual pizza or sandwiches to a more formal 3-course meal.

  Once you're refreshed, continue your exploration in the Government District, where you'll see the Parliament Building, the Palace of the Council of Ministers, and the Column of Marcus Aurelius. Close by is the historic Temple of Hadrian, a magnificent structure built by Emperor Antoninus Pius to honor his predecessor.

  Your tour concludes at the Vatican, located just across the Tiber River. This iconic destination is home to the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter's Basilica, offering a magnificent end to your journey through the heart of Rome.

  During your visit to the Vatican Museums, you’ll experience a tour of Michelangelo’s masterpieces, including the iconic Sistine Chapel ceiling.
